The Vice-Chancellor, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Olufemi Peters, has said students' academic success is the priority of the university.

Peters stated this during the maiden online facilitation orientation organized for the students of the university, which took place both virtually and physically across the country.

Management splits DRAA


The Management of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has separated the Directorate of Research Administration and Advancement (DRAA) into two directorates.

These are the Directorate of Research Administration (DRA) and the Directorate of Advancement and Linkages (DAL).

Mathematical Centre looks up to NOUN for research, online partnerships


The Director-General, National Mathematical Centre (NMC), Prof. Stephen Onah, has expressed the centre’s interest in collaborating with the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) in areas of topmost priority and beneficial to the centre.

The DG disclosed this when he led a 6-man delegation on a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters in his office, at the university headquarters in Abuja.

Project university’s positive image to Nigerians, VC charges NOUNAA


The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, has enjoined the National Open University of Nigeria Alumni Association (NOUNAA) to continue to project the positive image of the university wherever they find themselves.

He stated this while playing host to a delegation of the executive members of the body, led by its national president, Muntaka Abdul-Hadi Dabo, who called to congratulate the VC on his appointment.
